We respect your privacy.
We don’t give your information to any third party who is not directly involved in the transaction. The only third parties we work with are PayPal, which allows us to take secure payments online, and the post office. I have to put addresses on packages or else the mail man (or woman) can’t find your house.
We do not collect or store your credit card information.
We email you if you subscribe to the newsletter, but only when we have a new pattern, a giveaway, a sale, or an announcement. You can unsubscribe anytime by clicking the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a newsletter.
We sometimes email you if we find an error in a pattern that you have purchased.
And we email you if you email us first.
A note from Charles
Like most websites and blogs, we use Google Analytics to track how and when the site is being used. This helps us plan new upgrades, decide what content is most interesting to readers and basically provide the best possible site for you.
Analytics does NOT collect personal information that can be connected to any individual. It is all averaged, anonymous data.
If you have never seen a Google traffic report it looks like the picture to the right. As you can see, there is no connection in it to any person. It just lets us know how the site is being used and what our audience is most interested in.
