Embed Your Color Chart Into Your Blog

Okay, I might be getting into deep waters here but I'm going to do it anyways.
I've added code that you can copy into your blog or website to show your color chart on your own site. Just cut and paste the code into your blog or website and there you have it. Well, almost.
And here's what it looks like:
The problem you're most likely to run into is that most websites and blogs are content management systems (CMS) with a WYSIWYG editor. You may know what that techie jargon means, but for those who don't it just means that your website let's you type in content like Microsoft Word. When you want to bold some text you select it and click the bold button.
This saves people who just want to talk about knitting the hassle of learning to code HTML, which believe me is no picnic.
But... if you just copy the embed code above into your WYSIWYG (What You See Is What You Get) editor it will come out looking like, well like code. The editor will try to show the code as if it was text and it won't show it as your chart. Every system is different and I'll take a stab at covering the big ones. For now, here's how you deal with this in WordPress. The logic is the same in most the sites so hopefully you can figure it out anyways, even if you don't have a WordPress knitting blog.
So when you post to WordPress, and most other blogs, you get a field where you can type in the content of the post. This is where the embed code goes.
Notice the two tabs at the top right? Visual and HTML. These are the modes you're in. The default is Visual which means what you see is what you get. Switch to HTML by clicking the HTML tab.
Now you can paste the embed code into your post.
Save your post and you're done. Some editors might mess up your embed code (they're trying to be helpful, really) if you edit your post later. If that happens, just go back into HTML mode and paste the code again. It's a bit of a pain, but way better than coding your whole site in HTML.
Something to note: The free version of WordPress strips out the part of this embed code that draws the chart. You will be able to insert the link back to Tricksy Knitter but not show your chart right in the blog. Google Blogger, however, will not do this. So if you haven't picked a free blogging platform yet and you want to show your color charts, pick Blogger.
