Altered existing chart to accomodate a baby hat pattern, sized for the newborn hats that are donated to our local hospital nursery. Using sz 6 DPN's (or Circular) CO 56 STS and knit in the round 2x2 rib for 9 rounds. Knit 1 round, as K26 K2TOG TBL, repeat. Knitting all STS TBL (Provides a super stretchy transition from sts. You should have 54 STS - to accomodate teh chart repeats. Work entire chart (in reverse - bottom up - from row 20 to 1) begin decreases on row 1. Knit *7 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit 1 round. Knit *6 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit 1 round. Knit *5 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit 1 round. Knit *4 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit 1 round. Knit *3 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit *2 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit *1 K2tog* repeat to end of round. Knit *K2tog* repeat to end of round. Draw up center and weave in ends! Finished!
